In The Top of the Mountains

Welcome to The Mountain!

(not to be confused with the craptacularly horrible network The Mtn.)

We're here.

Living in a somewhat chaotic state of affairs as we try to find our new home. Yesterday we found out our Subaru made it safely across country on the truck bed, however my beloved Toyota lost a rear window. Coincidently, the bashing of the window happened during a truck stop somewhere in Wyoming. Greg blames those high-class Laramie fans who must have spotted our BYU sticker. GGGrrrrr!

The kids have been extremely helpful unloading our "temporary" apt boxes. Mostly they get excited when they find the treats I packed and then helping themselves.

Still so many boxes to go. So many cobwebs to clean. So many home-owners who think they can actually sell a pile of bricks for what they're asking...

I'm sure it was one of those crazy "Cowboys" in Laramie that crushed your Cougar sticker in.

Are those pics from down south? I can't believe how pretty all those leaves are-it is still all green here in downtown. I can't wait until it looks so pretty here.

Glad to hear that you guys made it out safe, except for the car. It will be nice to know someone who can finally afford a pile of bricks all their own. Just don't let Greg drive his company into the ground like Steve did.

Sorry about the car. I don't envy you; having to pack up, unpack 1/2 and repacking a few months later only to unpack it all. At least James has his bike now and we can all play! Good luck with the house hunting. :)

So glad you made it and I hope you find all you need in your boxes. Can't wait to see you guys when things settle down a bit. Love those pictures!

It's Wyoming. The armpit of America. Bad stuff always happens to our cars when we're there! Glad you made it safely.

So wierd to see a pic of the boys in OUR house! Just kidding! By the way, good luck with carpet under tables and the rug that goes under it is in the mud/ food storage room if you want it (also the one that goes in front of the couch in the basement that my kids used for a blanket and hiding toys too often so we put it away!) Have fun!

Those pictures of Utah make me miss home! I'm glad you made it safely. I know exactly where that beautiful photo was taken! What a pretty time to go back.
